First interview was a phone screen with my now-manager. Second part of the process was coming in for a 5hr onsite. The first hour was a group presentation which I had a few days to prepare for. The criteria for the presentation was very straight-forward, just a review of my personal and professional paths as well as a few case studies of design experiences that made me eligible for this position. The following 4hrs was split in hour longs sessions with different representatives of design and engineering departments. Everyone asked smart questions and delivered well thought-out answers when I had some of my own. I found out I got the job in under a week after the on-site. Overall really loved the process, very seamless and thorough.
