First interview - the question was regarding how hedge funds operate, the 2/20 rule, and if one part of this equation changed, how would the other variable make up for it. I answered it perfectly but did not pass this round. The interviewer wasn't impressed by my technical background (this is the only 2sigma role I got interviewed for) and made it clear that this was more a reporting role..ok ig
