Sent application in then received an email that the recruiter would like to interview me. Scheduled an interview with the recruiter which was just a short phone call where she asked basic behavioral questions to get to know me. Then she said she would submit my answers to the hiring managers to see if they would be interested in an interview. I received a call from the recruiter a few days later saying the managers wanted to setup an interview, so had a TEAMS meeting with 3 of the managers in the department. That one last longer and was similar, just getting to know me and my background. They also asked a lot of the basic behavioral questions again. A few days later, i think i received a call from the recruiter with an offer for the position.

Question 1
What are your greatest strengths/weaknesses? How do you handle problems?
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at U.S. Bank (Atlanta, GA) in Dec 2023
Interview
Disorganized and uncommunicative. The first interview (phone) went well, and the second interview (video) went reasonably well, though it sounded like the interviewer was trying to scare me off of the job. A few days later, I received an invitation for a 3rd interview (panel), asking when I would be available. I provided 3 dates with open availability from 9-5 EST, but I never received a confirmation of date/time. I finally sent an email withdrawing my application after a week with no response. If this is how the company treats its interviewees, I'd hate to see how they treat their employees.
