I applied online. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at UCSF Health (Oakland, CA)
Interview
This process seemed slow and a bit disorganized. Took a month after submitting my application to schedule a phone interview. After that, took about 1-2 weeks to schedule zoom interviews - much of the follow-up and follow-through coming from my end. There were multiple 1x1 interviews. They all read from the same script/list of interview questions. Looking back, they probably wanted different examples given to each interviewer despite saying giving the same example across different interviewers was ok.

Interview
I had to meet with almost everyone on the team and each interviewer was very welcoming and friendly! All the interviews felt more like a conversation than a panel interview.
