The recruiter was kind, engaged, and personable - she even gave me feedback on what I did well and should focus on improving. About a week later I was contacted to set up an in-person interview. I was slated to meet with six people - two managers and four employees. This took about two hours, and was structured to be a casual discussion of my professional experience. It was low pressure, comfortable, and positive. Shortly thereafter I was contacted by the original recruiter with an offer, and was then requested to complete a background check to verify employment history. This was the last step of the process. Every person I interacted with seemed genuinely interested in my success, and I never felt nervous or pressured.
