I was interviewed with UKG in February 2021 for BI Consultant II role. The process consisted of one HR , 2 Technical and final Managerial rounds. Initially, I got a call from HR regarding the Job Description, questions regarding my experience related to job role and the tips for the technical round. First Technical round was conducted on Teams in which all the technical questions related to the role were asked. The interview was quite interactive. Next day I got a call from HR that I cleared the technical round and then next technical cum managerial interview was scheduled. On clearing this round, a final managerial round was conducted with the Director of the company in which the attitude and behavioral assessments were done. All the feedbacks and guidance were given on time by HR. The process took around 3 weeks and finally I got a call from HR that I was being selected for this role and after 2 days, I got the offer letter from the company. So, overall I enjoyed the whole process and it was quite professional.
