About a week after I completed the preliminary telephone interview, I was contacted via e-mail to attend a face-to-face interview. A department director and an advisor interviewed me. USAA has a Talent Acquisition Center near their Main Lobby where they have small rooms to conduct interviews. After signing in and verifying with the secretary that I still had an interview, I awaited my interview session. The interviewers were very friendly and the whole process was an enjoyable experience.
