Question 1
Scenario based question related to process evaluation and improvement
AVOID. Total disrespect, lies and waste of time. Long-story short to help other potential candidate not to waste time. 1) screening call with recruited, who was sweet and then went radio silent and transformed into a liar (possibly reflecting the company itself?) 2) Interviewed with PM and HR head. Interview wen very well, so then I... 3) Interviewed with Head of Analysis and CEO! I felt interview went very well. They mentioned "you will hear back from HR next Wednesday." This is when the chronic lies start. After ignoring me for two weeks, they said the Analysis Manager wanted to interview me but was on vacation. Then they said she would be out for another week. Until today that they told me "They have decided to pursue candidates that have management operations experience." They already knew about my credentials. At this point, if I'm not hired I am wondering if there is some sort of discrimination going on.
