It went smoothly for me. I appreciated how clear they were about the process, and the people interviewing asked normal questions. The timeline was also pretty normal. I was surprised by some phone calls though because I was expecting emails.
I enjoyed the process as the interviewers were quite polite and answered many of my questions. I picked up phone calls, and they were quite personable on the phone and in email.

Interview
1)Phone interview - was the first step in the interview process.
2) Office interview/ Video conference - 2 panel interview. They brought me to the office and had someone in the office and the other person on video.
3) Video interview- Last part was an informal interview with the head of the department.
