Apply, then you have a video interview essentially talking to yourself, wait for a phone call to set up an in person interview, and then wait for the job offer.

Question 1
Describe someone else who you have worked with that does your job better than you.
Very relaxed. One on one interview with the sales manager. He was quick and to the point. I arrived about 5 minutes early so we started early. The interview lasted approx 10 minutes. It was 2 past work questions, one why do you want to work here questions followed by about 5 personal questions not related to the job.

Basic questions: "Tell me about yourself" "why do you want to work for US Cellular?" "What would you do given X scenario?"
Asked situational questions, they were very professional. The process was smooth, I received a call then was invited in for the interview. They asked me about ten questions and afterwards they called and told me they would like to move forward.
