For an eight year experience role, Technically the interview could have been a little more challenging. The role offered was good. Good technology. Stabilized domain and legacy of a Company in the aerospace domain.
I was very eager to join the company. Unfortunately couldn't join the company even after being offered the kind of role and money I wanted.
The Sole reason why I declined the offer was the bad attitude of the HR recruiter.
1. She was lethargic in making me an offer. Took 25 days to offer after the interview.
2. Totally closed for negotiation.
3. Very bad listener. Never heard me.
4. At times very rude.
5. Given that they also have an assembly and production unit here in Bangalore, they tend to treat the software guys like the labor who works in their factory. Time for them to decouple the HR division of Software and manufacturing.
