UTP Group interview questions

There were two stages to the interview process: Stage 1: Interview with Manager Stage 2: Interview with Manager and CEO. Meeting the Manager was great. Initially, they told me more about the company and the job role, then asked e a few questions and then I asked them several questions. Meeting the CEO didn't go as I thought it would. Sitting down for the interview they got my CV out and asked loads of questions. Most responses I gave received a rude or belittling. I believe that they thought I was naive to a working life as I didn't have any PAID experience only lots of voluntary experience. This interview was set out to be a good cop, bad cop situation, however there was no input from the supposed 'good cop.' A positive attitude and optimistic nature will not grant you success in this company.
