3 Stage Process. Preliminary interview, Technical Deep Dive, Final round including Salary and Benefit negotiations. Preliminary interview include the questions to check basic criteria of eligibility and giving the overview of job and expectations. Once they see the good match then only it move to second round which is generally in person and once they like you they setup for the final round.

Hiring Process was very detailed. Mainly focused on scenario based interview with Strategy and Management consulting based questions.
1) First Round - Telephone interview made me very comfortable to talk and express
2) Second Round - In-Person Interview, very detailed, Strategy, Vision to practical hands-on experience and background
3) Third Round - Open Dialogue on idea exchange, options to work with them, explained their consulting model, vision, explore how and what are the areas that I can contribute..
Overall felt very good about the Company, it's principals, style and culture
