Interview
Initially, it went very well. Management seemed friendly, we shared a little about our knowledge of the industry. She appreciated my years of experience and completely understood my reasons for wanting to leave my old job. She described the requirements for the practical interview, dress code, and salary. I left feeling confident.

When I told her that I couldn't start immediately because of a family obligation that had to come first, the interview was over, She told me to contact her when my business was done to schedule the practical. My calls were ignored.
The regional manager was ghosting me when I made several attempts inquiring about the position as hairstylist. I interviewed in February of 2020 and was accepted the position. Sadly Covid came.
I applied/inquired two times after Covid and the manager never called me back. When I finally got her on the phone she was very abrupt, dismissive, and said she is not hiring. That was not true, they are hiring.

Did an in person interview at the store I was going to work at and then did a technical interview in another store close by that had someone trained to do my technical interview
General manager was super sweet, I think every location is different, My location was a new one so everything went by quickly. You need to do a practical interview as well.
