In-person interview with president, head of engineering, and senior engineer. Normal, average questions about work history, education, skills and experience. Programming quiz in C, which required thorough understanding of C but shouldn't be difficult for anyone with experience. Lasted a little over an hour.

The full question was to determine the behavior of a small function, but the line which I got wrong was essentially, "What does 'char buffer[10]; return sizeof(buffer);' return?"
