I haven't interviewed in nearly 5 years, but it's changed sooo much in the last year. Since UEA moved more towards an internal - consultant driven model, vs. a Regional Manager Supported Model, everything has gotten so much better. All interviews are done on-line and with key HR Managers, and every single partner receives a "Customized Career Path". I did it for fun, and I too am now following new ICP's and shaping my portfolio - just a real awesome process!
