The initial interview was a phone interview with the marketing manager. I was then invited to come in for a 3 hour in-person interview with the marketing team. This included a writing assessment. The next phase was a final interview with a few more members of the marketing team that included another writing assessment. The interviews were casual and everyone was friendly. The only negative aspect was that there seemed to be a sense of urgency when scheduling these interviews, yet the process and waiting time was pretty drawn out.
