I applied thru indeed. I received an email for the f2f interview. I came in and interviewed with HR and the Manager. I was offered the position the same week I interviewed thru a follow-up email. The mention in a email the pay rate and the offer. It is a Union. The pay cannot be negotiated. You need to have a physical done in order to start working.

Interview
I was interview by 3 different people for 2 days, also a background check was done in order to be hired. Physical is needed in order to start working. You need to way for the background check to come back about a week the most. Instruction and communication was more email than phone.
