The hiring process was four rounds, aptitude, communication, technical and managerial. All rounds were good and competitive. Communication was challenging, as the persons taking the interviews were good in fluency and personality development. As i was a fresher, Technical round was not much challenging. Manager round was better, However I was of no idea to negotiate on that.
