Simple straightforward phone call, lots of behavior situations and asking about previous experience. 45 minute phone call and had an offer soon after. No multiple interviews or multiple rounds. Refreshing to have a simple process.

Screening call with HR then phone call with hiring manager. Flown out to Denver for onsite interview with hiring manager and colleague where presented previous project experience. Some technical questions.
25 min initial phone screen focused on why ULA. After phone screen, about a week later got email that had been selected for interview with hiring team. Had approximately hour-long interview with team lead with entirely behavioral questions
