      Interview

Process took about 2 weeks. First interview was a Q&A type-- took about 45 minutes. They had a set list of questions they asked and were looking to see how you answered them. Asked the normal interview type questions. Also looked to see how your background applied to the job description. Second interview was a practical-- took almost 3 hours. They provided you with a task and it was your job to come up with a presentation. You had an hour and 15 to complete the project and then an hour to present it to the panel.
