I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at UnitedHealth Group (San Antonio, TX) in Jul 2016
Interview
Was called for an phone interview, then a second formal interview. Both interviews were fairly relaxed and very informational. Second interview is a group one with the Sr. Cred Spc. involved.
Hiring Process is a bit long, going back and forth to make sure past employment is accurate as listed on application. If not there is proof needed.

I applied online. The process took 3 months. I interviewed at UnitedHealth Group (West Monroe, LA) in Jan 2023
Interview
Went through interviews, told I had a job, never heard back from recruiter. Have reached out to her multiple times with no response. I’ve waited 2 months now for information from them with nothing. I’ve received welcome packets, insurance paperwork, etc. Yet they all say I’m not in the system and no one can tell me what’s going on.

Question 1
Background information pertaining to my experience performing the job role.
I applied online. I interviewed at UnitedHealth Group (Eden Prairie, MN) in Jun 2017
Interview
There seems to be a lot of negative reviews but I noticed that they are about "branch" locations, I guess I am fortunate enough to live close to the corporate headquarters.
Start (application submission) to end (offer), took three weeks.
Submitted application and was contacted the very next day via email for a phone interview. From the phone interview I was told my experience was sufficient for the role and they will forward my resume to the hiring manager. The very next day they emailed me back for an in person interview which was scheduled for the following Tuesday. Met and interviewed with the hiring manager, which was really relaxed and comfortable. I was told they had more interviews for the week but will hear from them if I am selected or not. By Friday morning I received a call and position offered contingent on background check and drug screen, all of which was done by the 3rd week and clear to start.
I guess it all depends on what department, corporate or not, and the actual people you come across. Overall, very very positive and fast. I was also employed at the time so I was not in a hurry but I guess if you're unemployed, waiting up to a month can be frustrating.
