I applied for the role listed above and I meet every qualification, but one. Which was years of call center experience- I did meet that overall, but at a large scale I was a year short. The recruiter said “you don’t qualify for this role”. She did not ask any other questions and did not consider the rest of my experience and qualifications. I have extensive sales and management experience and I felt like none of that was valued. For the role that large, the recruiter definitely made a negative impact on my experience with UnitedHealth Group.
