Third: Going over resume and your coding test.
In my case, the first two rounds were perfectly fine.
My interviewer for the third round was very clearly uninterested and unhelpful.

Interview
one-way video interview with 4 questions. Pre-recorded interview prep videos were helpful. The one-way video is a bit awkward. I would prefer an in-person or real-time zoom interview to be able to ask questions back to the interviewer. Overall, it was convenient as an initial interview.
