The entire interview process was quite lengthy, it started off with an HR call, after 2 weeks, I got a call for a meeting with the manager. There were several behavioral questions and technical questions.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Unity (Vancouver, BC) in Apr 2021
Interview
I have to say this has been the best-recruiting experience I went through in my career. From the initial zoom meeting with my recruiter, Sarah Rideout, I was informed very well what the stages are expected and the entire interview process. She was very knowledgeable, honest and professional about the role and the company details. After the initial meeting, she kept me updated with quick updates throughout the stages. All of the Managers and Senior staff members were very kind and humble as I would receive feedback to any of the questions that I was unsure of. Even with the interview panel with multiple Senior members attending, I was engaged and never left the interview feeling regretful of not knowing the questions. After the interview rounds, the recruiter asked for 2 previous managers and 2 peer references. I was impressed at how fast they were contacted and discussed the verbal offer and presented with the best offer for my position. Sarah was honest and trustworthy throughout the process and I want to thank her for giving me the beyond and above recruiting experience in my professional career. It definitely wasn’t an easy decision switching between jobs during Covid. I have accepted the offer and really excited for the future.

went to hiring event, applied at unity, got contacted and arranged the group interview, then had one on one technical interview. In total it was a 2 step hiring process. The interview was not conducted in person because of local COVID 19 limitations.
