University Research Co. interview questions

Interviewing process was relatively simple. Hiring process was long and drawn out. Communication was often delayed. Not sure if it is because of working remotely during COVID. I did not hear from the company and eventually accepted another position at another organization.

A very quick and easy interview process. Had a phone interview then an in person interview. I only spoke with the VP and SVP. I learned soon after it was as easy as it was because they were desperate to fill in a position. They will lie to your face about what you will actually be doing in your job and make promises they will not and cannot keep. Make sure you talk to other employees in the company before you accept any role at URC to gain any realistic insight as to what it is like to work there.
