Approached via LinkedIn, encouraged to apply, several chase emails and calls alter I finally had a call booked, the caller then called while on a platform at a train station, very basic general conversation, next step was to arrange a face to face meeting, again several chase calls and emails, I was finally told the role has been filled, although it is still live on the website.

This was a unique and personal interview process that was as open as it could be. The hiring manager contacted me directly because we worked together before and she wanted to get me on the team. Since everyone I have met at the TAS Group (now Altify) was wonderful I was open for conversations. There was continuous conversation and communication even after the decision was reached which I think is outstanding.
