Upland Altify interview questions

This was a unique and personal interview process that was as open as it could be. The hiring manager contacted me directly because we worked together before and she wanted to get me on the team. Since everyone I have met at the TAS Group (now Altify) was wonderful I was open for conversations. There was continuous conversation and communication even after the decision was reached which I think is outstanding.

I had 3 Phone interviews involving people from different levels and different countires. I also had a face-to-face interview/meeting with one person from the phone interviews and the office manager.
