A few days later, they scheduled a phone interview for me with the other senior manager, and the same day, was called back and asked to submit my information for the background check, which is the final stage of the hiring process. They drug test you as well. It's a urine drug test outsourced through a different company. For your interview, make sure to wear all black and a full face of makeup.
