First interview with HR was pretty standard. Second interview a couple weeks later was a panel interview. After a couple weeks of waiting I still had not heard back so I emailed them and was told I was not chosen. I did email back asking what I could do to be a better candidate for the position in the future but never received a response. There would have been one more follow on interview if I had passed the panel interview. Lacked good communication after the initial interview but seemed like a good team.
