Interview
I applied on the website, heard back and then had Skype interview scheduled within two weeks after applying. Was scheduled for a demo class presentation the following week, and then an additional demo lesson was scheduled later that week. The material for the demo lesson was given to me a few days prior with ample amount of informations to create a lesson. I heard that I was hired a few days later.

Question 1
What are some obstacles you have had to overcome teaching children from other cultures?
Got hired as a British speaking then cancelled as not from America which I disclosed at the first interview which I think was silly and unprofessional at the time it was during covid when this happpened.
Very lenghthy interview process, but the interviewers were nice and helpful. There were several steps to the process and it was pretty involved. I had to prepare a lesson beforehand
It was easy an straightforward. 1 interview and 2 mock classes to pass. They offer a contract for a year with option to renew after 1st contract is over. Overall the process last for about 2 weeks from the time you apply unless you are waitlisted.
