It was simple to do an interview. You record yourself and do a mock video of you teaching. You get several attempts. Your mock interviewer will pretend to be your student while you teach and will intentionally make mistakes seeing how you would correct a student.

Pretty simple! There was a live and recorded portion where you "teach" a sample class. My interviewer was nice and helpful. Make sure your internet is good and use a wired connection
