I did the interview over the phone with the CEO, Ashley. Pros: Very professional and very formal. Punctual, Ashley is very well composed. Cons: Felt like she had never interviewed before. I'm all for scripting, but this felt robotic. The professionalism was also a bit cold and lacked both empathy and personality. (see "Interview Questions" for example). Poor follow up. I have no problem with not be the chosen candidate, to be honest, after about 10 minutes, I too was just going through the motions, but it's a poor experience when you are told next steps and never hear back again. Maybe she was raptured or something, who knows. Regardless, seems like a cool company and I wish nothing but the best for Ashley and her team.
