Interview
Phone call screen then invited for a "Student Visit Day" which is just their name for a super day. Phone screen was what you'd expect while super day included breakfast, a tour, only 2 interviews, lunch, an easy open case study discussion with the other candidates, then just them ending with flexing all their benefits. Passed Coding exam, took Behavioral interview, then got completely ghosted. I would at least expect a rejection from someone who took the time to interview me, but I guess their HR needs some work
