Interview had a lot many rounds. First phone interview was very behavior and if you moved on, they schedule you for a group interview where you contribute to a round table discussion. The discussion was a little hectic since there was 15-20 applicants and only a few topics to talk about. Didn't get the offer but it helped me with my interview skills.

One quick 15 minute screener. Then four hour virtual superday. 30 minute intro. 1 hour behavioral with STAR method questions and basic interview stuff. 1 hour situational going through client scenarios. Then networking with current members

On campus interview with recruiter and program leader followed by super day with 3 practical case study interviews with current advisors and a look at life at vanguard. Questions ranged from behavioral to technical given a client situation.

It was very thorough and all of the people interviewing were inquisitive. I accepted the offer because I liked the environment and the interview process. It was an on-site interview.
