Interviewed 2 times. Easy process with general questions to see your work ethics. Told them I knew some people from the local skate scene and was wearing Vans from top to bottom and they were sold.
First you do an online pre-interview where you can practice questions. You then record/submit a video of yourself answering questions so they can look into your personality, then received a follow up call from vans. Fairly easy, great experience
