Simple and straight forward, all the staff are very nice and welcoming. I had one of the best initiation experiences at Vans, and they made everyone feel like a team.

They asked me about availability and how I would deal with certain problems that might occur when facing challenging customers.
Group interview with atleast 10 others. Maybe about 30 minutes. Best to tell stories of customer experience for answers to better highlight self. It was about 10 questions long with two store managers.

This interview consisted of a phone call and in person interview which was 30 minutes with the store manager in the location. This was an easy interview which was a basic retail interview
