Process was lengthy and slow. The role it's self changed multiple times.
Started with a recruiter and then hiring manager interview.
Then calls with a number of different marketing, product, and sales team members (3 in total).
Next there is a culture fit interview with another person you would partner with to evaluate if your values match culture.
After 8+ conversations (across two months), I was informed that the role was evolving, but I was still a great fit.
Next I was asked to create a full GTM presentation for a new market they are actively launching. After presenting, I was told I was no longer a fit for the role. Of course they still got to see my entire GTM plan full of thoughtful suggestions on how to enter and win this market.
I'd suggest Vanta create an assignment that isn't 100% tied to work the team is doing, you should be able to evaluate the same skills with a slightly different prompt.
