In the first process, varal consultancy conducted an interview and asked few questions from that I got another Task-oriented interview in that I'm supposed to do a presentation and explained the task after this I got shortlisted for the final interview. In that Final interview, The CEO and MD of varal consultancy were there to interview me. They have asked professional questions and I have answered them well and they were very friendly after this I got selected in varal consultancy.
