Interview
1) 1:1 Screening Call with CEO/Owner, 2) Written Assessment, 3) 2:1 Review of Written Assessment with Product Manager and CEO/Owner, 4) 1:1 Interview with Director of Engineering, 5) Reference Checks. CEO/Ower noted that my references had great things to say about me, 6) Follow-up Group Panel Interview with Product Manager, CEO/Owner, and Director of Engineering.
I played phone tag with the CEO/Owner after Step #6. The CEO/Owner ghosted me. I never heard back one way or the other. I assumed I was rejected.
