Interview
The advertisement is followed up by a telephonic interview. If this stage is passed, next comes the knowledge round. If this stage is cleared, the next is the practical test. If this stage is also cleared, the offer letter is issued. The candidate has the option to negotiate or accept the offer. And job begins.
