I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Veeva Systems in Aug 2017
Interview
Aced call with Hiring Manager then asked to do a candidate exercise. Spent about 20 hours to create a kickoff deck and simulation of a product demo. You are grilled by 5-6 interviewers who ask questions throughout your demo. They give you a week to prep and an hour to present. You are expected to know the product with no more than the Help documentation. It's been weeks and I never heard back from them. I think this is rude after you spent all that time. Not upset that I didn't get an offer, only that I wasted hours on the presentation and got no communication from them at all.

Question 1
It was regarding set up of a process to support part of the exercise. Question was vaguely worded and left too much to interpretation.
Several rounds, which included a candidate exercise. They were very interested in the personality and cultural fit, along with technical skills and experience. Overall the process was well organized and I enjoyed the experience.
Screening - mostly going through questions to ensure alignment to role
Job history - talking through experience from CV
Case study - presentation and questions
Why Veeva - alignment of values

Question 1
What are the trends influencing pharmaceutical organisations?
Not bad, 2 technical rounds followed by manager round. HR will call to make final salary negotiations. Mostly the salary is on par with market. You need good negotiation skills to get good package
