Expect a mock call where you play the role of sales rep
I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Veo (Copenhagen, Capital Region)
Interview
First interview took place online with person from the HR team, they were nice and friendly - made me feel comfortable. Second round interview was with potential new team members, which took place in the headquarters office. Nice envinronment and nice people. Made me feel comfortable. The questions being asked are considered fair by me, as they asked me about previous projects I've worked on and little details about them, without really caring about the length of said projects. This fact is very important for an entry level professional as myself.
After I sent my application, I immediately received an invite for a one-way video interview and the promise they would circle back to me after checking it. I recorded the video interview despite considering it a poor practise.
It's been over a month now and I am still waiting for an update, without the possibility to reach out to anyone because they never shared any contact detail.
I was also prompted to pay attention to the quality of my audio and lighting, while the videos from the talent aquisition team at VEO were of extreme poor quality, which is ironic considering the product they sell, and tells you everything you need to know about the consideration they have for the candidates.
