I applied online. I interviewed at Veolia in Jul 2022
Interview
The interview process was very simple and clear.
First, an employee from resourcing team talked to me and scheduled an interview call with a Lead Business Analyst.
The interview was pretty friendly. Will list the questions asked to me for reference.
After 2 days I got a call saying that as a next step I will have my next interview with the Head of Products, which was scheduled in next 2 days.
In that interview I was asked few generic questions about my previous work experience and then I was explained about the project and and the team.
Finally was told that they find me suitable for the job role! :)
Overall the process was very smooth and well communicated. I did not face any issues.

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Veolia
Interview
I interviewed for a Business Analyst position. The interview was conducted on Google Meet and was scheduled for around 30 minutes. During the interview, the interviewer mentioned they were not feeling well, which may have affected the flow of the conversation.
The interviewer said they were impressed with my technical and project management experience, but I noticed that fewer questions were asked compared to other interviews I’ve attended. I ended up asking several questions about the role and the company to keep the discussion going.
At times it seemed the interviewer was checking their phone during the conversation, which made the interview feel a bit less engaging.
After the interview, I received a standard rejection email through Workday without specific feedback. It would have been helpful to receive more detailed feedback after the interview.
Overall, the process was straightforward, but the interview itself felt a bit unusual compared to others I’ve experienced.
