Verity Intelligence interview questions

Online interview, the interviewer ask alot questions about my education/working background. After I mentioned that I have a good cgpa, the interviewer stated that one of their employee with a good cgpa was totally useless. Some of the questions asked were also unexpected. No technical questions, maybe they screen candidates based on personality/interpersonal skills.
