Applied online. Was asked to complete a phone interview. Phone interview was very brief and didn't think anything would come of it. A few weeks later they contacted me to come onsite to participate in 2 1:1 30 minute interviews. Very laid back, they just want to see what you are interested in and if you have a good personality.

1st round consisted of a video interview where you had to record yourself answering a few behavioral questions. 2nd round consisted of a phone screen which was really just a very general conversation with HR. The final round was an on-site SuperDay Interview at Basking Ridge which consisted of group excercises, a tour of the facility and one 30 minute interview with 2 hiring managers.
