    Training, culture are excellent. Very good team spirit.

    Cons

    Company competitiveness. Outside US company is a niche player as clients wish to become less Service provider focused. Verizon needs to play like an SI not a telephone company.

    Pay very well At Senior level care about people, the Covid response has been surprisingly good Strong global Brand Some interesting customers

    Cons

    Entirely US focussed, products and delivery outside US very poor Be prepared to spend 70% of your time fighting internal systems You'll get nothing done without continually escalating to Senior Management UK leadership poor, still think it's 2005
