They asked mainly about the reason why I applied for the company, leadership experiences, and familiarity regarding finance and accounting concepts. The interviewer was friendly, introduced me to the company culture after the interview.

What was one difficult experience you had as a leader and how did you overcome it?
Online Interview with simple questions. Met with future supervisors and managers. No technical questions were asked, more about personality and what was learned in university. Talked about the project, deadline and goals.
