Phone interview and then in person interview.
Spoke about my work history and experiences over the phone.
Then had a standard interview in person.
After the interview I was given a tour of the facility and introduced to other staff.

Interview
First Interview, then you get a phone call with offering, drug screening, HR for paperwork and official offer with pay details. HR orientation and 3-5 days of on the job orientation.. They will usually call you and ask you for interview then you come in and get interviewed. Usually with at least 3 of the management staff. All three will ask questions.
