Scheduled for a telephonic screening interview, but the experience was very unprofessional. I waited for the entire 30-minute slot without receiving any call. Within the first 5 minutes, I checked with HR and was told I would receive the call “in a while,” but there was no further update. After the complete slot timing was over, I followed up again and only received “let me check” as a response. Overall, it felt like a complete waste of time and showed poor interview coordination and communication from the recruitment team
