There were about 10 girls at one interview. its very competitive. they really care about customer service(its key)and what you can do for the company but mostly what you have done in the past. one tip is to show confidence but not cockiness. it all depends on where the location is as well.

Very easy, first a phone call then meeting in person. Took a while to be seen in person even after the scheduled meeting time, they had me just kind of stand in a corner for a while waiting for someone to become available.
